We are pleased to announce Gravity Forms v1.6 has reached the Release Candidate stage and is now available for download on the Plugin Downloads page.
This stable release fixes minor issues with the List Field as well as debug notices and some minor style improvements. Thank you to the users who have contributed bug reports, we look forward to continue receiving feedback from users who are participating in the testing.
Please provide beta feedback and bug reports on the Support Forum and make it clear you are referring to the 1.6 Release Candidate 1 release when doing so. Thanks!

I'm testing gravity 1.6. One thing I notice is When you click in the new "Duplicate" field buttom, the page goes up to the top each time I duplicate...... Would be great if the Duplicate was more smooth......and stay in the same place.......

We agree, we will be correcting this. It will be corrected in the next release, which may be another Release Candidate or it may be the final release.
Has the sliding animation been removed when showing/hiding form fields? After updating it no longer animates.
The sliding animation option hasn't been removed. I just tested it and it works fine on my end. Make sure that option is enabled in the Advanced tab of the Form Settings.

Hi, I have just found another problem.
The fields that I "Duplicated" and I marked as "Required", When the user is filling the form, even with the field with the correct information I receive a notice saying the field is "Required". Do you know How can I fix this right now? Before the final release?

I have replicated this bug and we will get it fixed in the next release. I'm not sure how you can fix this right now as we just replicated it and have to determine what is going on first. All I can suggest is don't duplicate required fields right now. Delete the field and add it again. Also please report bugs in the support forum rather than the comments as they are more likely to be seen quicker by the support team.
Hi, Would be great to have kind of the New List Field in the Upload File Field, where the user could click in the "plus" buttom and insert another file. Also in the Image Upload for the POsts Fields......

Multi-File upload capabilities is not a feature in 1.6. But it is a feature we would like to add in 1.7, although it won't work like the List Field. It will be a multi-file upload file that lets you select multiple files at once.
